supervisors are self seeking trying to get ahead at any cost they are liars and are not forward with the people under them,
workers on the floor work well together.

have no say in structuring.
yes they have regular meetings but you cant trust what they say.

sometimes if you get 3 weeks vacation you have a better chance of getting laid off, when work slows down.

it was good while it lasted.
What I dislike about the company
they overhire and then layoff its a cycle there. and new hires are not necessarily the ones to get laid off age wage vacation weeks are involved.
