Office / Work Environment
Very micromanage office work environment, you clock in and the team lead s make sure you stay on that computer. Numbers are send to you via company link or email. Its all about numbers.
Very tense and threatening to push you to get numbers.
Mandatory overtime, they will switch you position whenever they want. Threads of write up if numbers are not met.
Its a good thing to help our veterans, The company used it to motivate us at furst and then we find out that they want numbers. No numbers then get ready to hear threads of write up and verbal warnings.
They always talk about the renewing of the contract, like it's all up in the air
It is a contract building that is equipped for handicapped
not much danger apart from the fire drills
it is redundant, but the way they challenge you is very threatening

- I've work in a grown company before. I believe they need personnel to come in and help them with motivational tactics, someone that will help them distribute the work better.
