Suggestions for improvement
- Too many nonessential employees and not enough support for the department's who need the help. Pay adjustments for manual employees based on work habits should always be figured in the budgets so when an employee deserves a pay increase we can request one...instead of hearing we can't afford it. Some times $40 a week makes the difference from happy employee to disgruntled employee.
What I like about the company
We have many different types of services available to the public from low income housing, first time homebuyer classes and grants, landlord training classes,savi gs march prgrams, home owner maintenance classes, foreclosure prevention and the list goes on. We like to say that we match people to resources and the postive end results are very rewarding.
What I dislike about the company
Sometimes we have a lack of support from upper management. At times the work load becomes so excessive that the stress of the job leaves us frusterated and feeling like it isn't worth all the effort we put into the job.
