I like about the employer
Learning about home theater installation
I dislike about the employer
There is not much going on business in slow, was promised 40 hrs a week but I could only make that 40 if you work over time and that was not told to me up front , my hrs were cut short on slows days after they said that they would train me in home theater installation, worked there for 3 months and was only allowed to go on 5 home installation. Uncomfortable working condition, no proper chairs didn't have equipments needed to do in shop repairs. Customer would be mocked or made fun of by owner who would also go through their phones and view their personal picture after collecting customer pass codes. Was told that they would need to make $800 a day or they would not be able to keep me, After being told that I did what any person with common sense would do and continued looking for another job and found one. Owner wanted me to give him 2 weeks' notice I was not a fulltime employee I was still within my 90 days probation and I didn't accept his fulltime offer for the position. Now I have not received my W-2 texted him twice called the store spoke him and he said he mailed it still have not got it. WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR EVER !!!!
