  • Former employees are often spoken of with disdain. No reason to bash staff members who have moved on, it sets the stage for current staff to wonder what will be said about them once they have moved on

What I like about the company

The pay was fair for the work required but tension was usually high, sometimes hostile

What I dislike about the company

I disapprove of the changes in strategic direction. Less fires and more confidence and time allowed to complete projects would improve the work environment.

  • Fire one of the owners and allow only one to drive the direction of the company

What I like about the company

This company had a knack for hiring incredible talent but they ignored the contribution these highly skilled individuals brought to the table

What I dislike about the company

Co Owners where inconsistent with the direction. They also were sometimes contradictory to the overall achievements. Very frustrating as every day was a new direction.

Company Culture

Confusing. Most people are not sure what they are doing. No clear direction.

Support from management

Managers keep getting hired and immediately keep getting laid off. No clear direction because nobody is there long enough to create one. Whoever can sweet talk the owners gets the job. However each end up laid off. No one feels secure.

Teamwork

So many lay offs there is no sense of security and therefore it's difficult to mesh well.

All top positions are held by men.

Career Development

I have seen so many people get laid off. I have seen people been hired and laid off often. It is just a matter of time before they close. So no there is no sense of personal development.

Just fine. Bonus structures are meaningless and unattainable.

I think they owe many other vendors because I have been confronted about unpaid bills and I am just an employee.

Job Security

Job very unstable. I feel it's just a matter of time before it closes and everyone is laid off. People get laid off every other week.

It's typical to get excited about the work that you do when your coworkers are being laid off. There is a sense that you are the next one.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Give people the opportunity to work and give ideas. They always promote the wrong people who mansplain everything, and that impresses them. None of their managers and directors, even upper management are still there. Every position has been laid off and filled at least 3 times since I have been there. All have been laid off and replaced by people who over promise and don't deliver.

What I like about the company

They are pretty flexible.

What I dislike about the company

So many people getting laid off. Everyone thinks it's just a matter of time before the close their doors.
