Definitely there is no trust in anyone in the company. Not with HR, DM, President etc.
Support from Management
Unable to speak to management as they say what was discussed to under-staff situations that has to do with management. Management also belittles everyone.
Employees fight and point fingers at all times, management doesn't handle.
Level of Autonomy
Employees do not know how to manage their time with the volume of work flow.
