Suggestions for improvement
- Scheduling more to the employees overall well being, meaning making sure they have time to sleep and rest.
More mature supervisors would be nice

What I like about the company
I went into True Food with absolutely no restaurant or cooking experience; I started as a dishwasher and writhing two weeks the corporate head chef moved me up to line cook which was a three dollar raise. I have since received two more raises and employee of the month. True Food cares about the employees, anytime I have an issue with something they do their best to resolve it. I'm extremely comfortable with my coworkers, they treat me like family and are willing to teach me and help me in any way they can. My hours are pretty stable, and my pay is competitive. I feel incredibly fortunate to work for a company with so many growth opportunities.
What I dislike about the company
Recently, they've been scheduling me for six days a week and I've expressed multiple times that I do not feel that one day off is healthy for me.
Not using enough locally sourced foods.
