Very cliquish, if you aren't part of the right group, you're out!
Support from management
Only if you are part of the elite or one of the CEO's stoolies, then they will cover for you!
Non-exsistent, every person for themselves
Don't waste your time trying to tell them anything, unless you're part of the in crowd.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Ok, I guess
No help furthering your education or training unless you're related to one of the Execs or part of the in crowd.
Office / Work Environment
Hard to work efficiently when you know your always being watched
Long hours (some days 10 hrs.), No breaks-right from the mouth of the CEO; and low pay.
NOT good, check out other reviews.
OK, but could be better.
Ok, but several Workman Comp claims
Yeah, cause its all on you
Inclusive / Diverse
Good mix, mostly blacks and Hispanics
Suggestions for improvement
- Get a new CEO and Executive staff
What I like about the company
I liked the providers, most center managers and I thought the Chief of Operations did her job and tried to help the employees, but no one else.
