Suggestions for improvement
- competitive salary, decent benefits, more professional environment, less nepotism. too many employees were allowed to behave like children, not work, and cause interpersonal drama without consequence. Many members of the management staff were inexperienced in real professional jobs and had an immature view of what was appropriate at work.
What I like about the company
Very little. The only real perk for me was having my own office and the work load is very light. No opportunity for promotion unless you were in the "inside clique". This would be a decent job while going to school but not a good career choice in and of itself.
