I've never before seen such a large group of unhappy people be forced into pep rallys. The leadership was either oblivious, or didn't care to fix the problem.
Support from Management
The leadership was very much out for themselves. They made it very clear that everyone is replaceable.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Being younger was in no way an asset - you were seem as a child if you were under 40.
