Suggestions for improvement
- more training and communication
Lack of communication, and the hierarchy is oblivious to employees performance.
Again, way too political and mostly based on 1 or 2 employees, without the knowledge of others.
No! Raises are promised but too many times not delivered.
Hours are capricious and announced without notice.
Employees constantly complain about pay, but that is really not unusual.
