The culture of the company is to turn and burn employees with the expectation that they will replace the entire sales force every three months.
Support from Management
The leadership set clear expectations and supported you to reach those goals. However the leadership did not always follow up on customer service requests leaving the sales rep out to dry.
There is a team and team goals, but sales are an individual sport.
