For the most part management was willing to support all of us though personal issues which is a very huge thing for me. However the over extensive micro managing and negative motivation techniques used created a lazy and resentful environment in which employees are unhappy, not even putting in half the effort they could, trash talking - lunch time drinking adults too afraid to work and be yelled at for anything that exist or if needed made up just because... really that's my answer idk why fear and negativity is ever a tool to be used by anyone at Trugreen. LETS B REAL HERE THIS IS JUST LAWN CARE....PLZ PPL RELAX stop hiring supervisors that like to talk about doing drugs or anyone in a leadership role that can't tell the difference between being encouraging or being disrespectful and intimidating. Someone should come out and witness this first hand it truly makes me sick daily.
Every single person i worked with that was doing the same position as me worked harder to help each other in all aspects including personal or encouring, and especially to achieve success by far more of an extent than i have seen anywhere else. But then if u didn't get that help from your co workers every time you needed it well i say a good 90 % of new hires wouldn't have made it pay the first month.
