Support from management
Cut-throat, every man for them self mentality. Finger pointing on who to blame, setting the wrong examples to the sales teams, and promoting mediocracy. All they want are yes men and most management couldn't do the job their employees do.
Suggestions for improvement
- Evaluate your HR personnel and upper management -- clean house! You may be able to correct the damage to a once great concept of what Trulia originally started out as.
What I like about the company
Benefits and the original concept / idea the company invisioned when Sammi was the CEO.
What I dislike about the company
Witch hunts, uncomfortable work environment -- cultivating an environment of hypocritical thinking. Best Analogy of this company, "One big high school of mean girls" created by HR and upper management.
