Good for people who like Call Centers
Support from management
Workers have zero input
Very little team work. Individual goals are set and everyone does what they need to reach their own goal.
Freedom to work independently
Employees have no input. Work load is distributed by supervisor and not equally.
Suppose to have monthly meetings, but they do not always happen.
All women, very few men.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Original employees when the Company was started have been promoted to positions they are not qualified for. Average worker is very young.
Little to no advancement.
Overall compensation for your work
Pays well, good benefits.
Office / Work Environment
Updated computers, open room with 15+ employees which makes it very loud. Always freezing cold.
Always freezing cold because supervisors have little offices and their comfort trump's everyone else.
Schedules are flexible for a certain few.
Work is very challenging and constantly changing.
Inclusive / Diverse
There is no diversity within the company. Except for the need of individuals who speak Spanish.
Suggestions for improvement
- Need management team that knows how to manage people, not just an expert on the work. Reduce the amount of people who are related.
