Support from management
Direct mgrs are great. Top level mgmt is out of touch with employees.
Communication between coworkers is great. Nothing comes down from the top.
Wasn't there long enough to find out.
Great brand image but questionable if it can be maintained due to leaders decision making and direction.
Suggestions for improvement
- None, as the top level turnover is typically every 2 to 3 years. Not long enough to make the changes stick. They don't listen any how.
What I like about the company
Great coworkers. Nice work environment. Good compensation and challenging product.
What I dislike about the company
President lives in Charlotte NC and didn't want to move. Talked CEO into moving company HQ to Charlotte. Brought lots of people from his former company. Had to be told by courts to stop. Left a lot of people in OH out of work. Schedules are made without regard to actual process times.
