What I like about the company
20 % discount, 40% twice a year.
What I dislike about the company
The hardest worker in this company are compensated the least. Store managers are lowest paid on industry. Bonus structure is a joke. They have allocation issues, inventory issue, merchandising too many to name. This company is operating in a dinosaur age. Most operations are antiquated and behind in OSHA standards and industry.
