- follow and enforce all policies, including loss prevention policies, and do not punish those that are doing their jobs.
I like about the employer
they have a good employee discount.
I dislike about the employer
they didn't deliver on the promises they made in the interview, and didn't support employees that were actually trying to follow policy. breaking of policy was fully encouraged by senior management.
