Very little recognition of achievement or exemplary work. Very "clique-y" atmosphere.
Support from Management
Upper management is very arbitrary in their decision-making, unapproachable to workers, condescending to employees at a lower level. Many good managers/supervisors leave due to inability of lead teams to work together.
Certain teams are very good, but most teams that include upper level operations are tainted by failure to take accountability.
