Suggestions for improvement
- Administration needs to reflect on why new and seasoned teachers have issues with the district constant undermining of teachers causes them to loose control of classrooms as well as dictating curriculum that does not match the state requirements leads to frustration and ultimately leaving.
What I like about the company
Co-workers where friendly.
What I dislike about the company
Community is like stepping back 50 years, very closed minded about thr outside world and while cordial very exclusionary to people outside the community. Which makes it difficult as a new teacher from outside the community to become involved and a part of thr community. Probably one of the reasons for the high turn over rate with filling openings.
