My direct manager was great at assessing the situation and making decisions. It was my supervisor who showed very poor judgement.
Overall Compensation for your work
Wages did not match responsibilities. We were not paid overtime on time and sometimes our regular pay was not paid on time. Payroll had a nasty attitude and was unwilling to fix their own mistakes.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop placing people in management who do not deserve it. Properly train management before placing them on the floor. Ensure that your employees get paid on time and properly because without them your business cannot operate. Give more competitive salaries - you can loose a lot of good people who know the job because of low salary.
