There was a big management change at Turkey Hill in 2013. A lot of animosity among employees has built up since then, and is still growing.
Support from Management
Leadership is poor.
Co workers help each other.
Level of Autonomy
You are basically assigned to get done the work you are given.
There used to be an honest feedback system which worked well, but management has changed that format so they look good, ignoring what the common worker needs or wants to express.
