- Morale boosters, & renovations could.be implemented
Treats salaried management employees like hourly employees. Salaried employee written up for tardiness. The employee out in 10+ hours a day.
Their story of overcoming great hardships is something amazing. However what they have turned this place into is one sad ashtray in the middle of nowhere.
Other than the handful of managers that I have encountered there is no support to move forward. If you are lucky enough to be "seeing" a manager then you will go far.
A casino is a harsh business. Little rules for everyone and most positions are based on tips. Which means going solo, and there are a lot of times where feelings are hurt and tensions get high when you do not make enough to make the payments.
