That's why there are two different management teams compensated to advise the property... Which places the staff square in the middle of conflicting direction. Leaders, upon rare attempts to resolve employee issues, side with long term employees instead of actually fact finding. Even the highest leadership waffles... One day you receive direction. The next you are blamed for anything bad that results from the exact direction they gave. Even if you execute perfectly, and something unexpected goes wrong, or if another person makes a mistake, you will get blamed.
