Supervisors are reluctant to manage tough employee situations when race is a factor

- All supervisors' skills need improvement with regards to corrective action, disciplinary procedures, and recognition of race related issues.

What I dislike about the company
Supervisory staff is territorial and I supporting of fellow supervisors. Some supervision reports each day to receive a paycheck and only marking time to retirement
