Suggestions for improvement
- Before staff are hired make sure they a degree or CDA in childcare, do not hire on promises of promotion in a position, if your intention are not that. I was in a position over a year, dedicated, excellent attendance, trained others, and was promised promotion....but was told by Director my promotion would be based on the amount of new arrival of children , when the turn around of kids was constant...needless to say ...the promotion never happen and salary did not increase ....even after degree in Early childhood was received. Totally unfair to staff. I did leave and so glad I did. Life is good now. I now have the salary I deserved and a work environment I love.
What I like about the company
Some the co worker were a delight to work with.
