Suggestions for improvement
- Increase pay, change the rating system
The front line workers are treated badly and aren't properly compensated for their costs and efforts. It is equally clear that the management is treated very differently.
When I complained that they were underpaying us they just said they had always been doing that and that it was intentional.
The management takes the position that customer feed back should determine all raises and promotions and they don't consider that the customers are mostly children so their customer reviews often depend on if you are willing to break the rules for them.
