Suggestions for improvement
- Train people. Training is almost non-existent. Left up to the local office and if the manager wants to train then he or she does. If not, your on your own.
What I like about the company
outside sales so not having to sit behind a desk all day was a huge benefit.
What I dislike about the company
Laid off after 17 years with no reason why. Very stressful work. Constantly being scrutinized. Even after a month of good performance, management would still write you up and find ways to negatively critic.
