Most upper management does not care about the employees.
Depends on the department you are in.
It's not what you know but who you know.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Promotions are not based on achievements or longevity. You are expected to train people hired at higher levels.
Overall compensation for your work
Very small raises. Benefit costs increase each year while the benefits decrease.
You are expected to sell your soul to the company.
Employees talk fondly of the way the company used to be, not the way it is now.
Jobs are probably stable since many people are leaving and not all are being replaced.
