Support from Management
Prior to 2013, the company culture was driven by customer satisfaction and making quality products. In the last 2 years, management has changed direction to only value meeting revenue numbers and inflated targets for TYCO Corporate. Employees are required to work long hours with no recognition for their efforts. The prior culture (mgmt) would at least recognize and reward a tough month with company breakfast.
Individual contributors on teams work well together. The mentality has become 'at least we're in this together.'
