They seem like they have a plan but it seems as its not being done right
Support from Management
No they yell and curse at you and when you complain they switch you to different area
The first week they help you out the next week they forget and talk bad about you
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of management and better trainers who actually involve themselves with employee instead of following behind asking where your at and why you go to restroom.
