safety is ok we was over 3 million safe hours when i left but theres no bounes or rewared for it and not much of a raise.
Suggestions for improvement
- do away with the union they have, give the senior employees a raise and have a attendance bounes program and a profit sharing program.
What I like about the company
I got along with most of the management and supervisors and mostly all of my co workers who didnt want to see me go.
