THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I was laid off after 7 years of employment and honestly it was the best thing to happen to me.
It is a sweat shop run by magazine sales people who are like little children playing make believe Insurance Agents
Support from management
NONE!..they can not help because they, in most cases, are clueless about Insurance
Team work at TZ ..LOLOLOLOLOLOL
They will lie to you, even when the truth will be better and you will never get the same story 2 times in a row
This is deffantily not a level playing field employees. They have their favorites that they take care of and the rest are left to dog eat dog
Attitude towards older colleagues
Could careless and think theybdont need any in put becuase they kown everthing
This is the good old boy system at its best there is absolutely no possibility for advancement
Overall compensation for your work
Hourly rate is good but don't bank on the bouns/commission.
Office / Work Environment
Let me ask you..have you ever been in jail? I have not but working at TZ and being in jail can't be a lot different, only difference they don't let you go home each night from jail
It seems I was sick the majority I worked there. The old timers like my self said the building was sick..
There is no balance between work and family at TZ. It is all about them and they don't care about your family..not even enough to send flowers or a card to employees who have lost spouses or children..real heartless
It is nothing but a facade of fake a mask their company culture is somewhat similar to slavery
Becuase their turn over is so high because the cool aid effect wears off with the new employees and they quit
Suggestions for improvement
- GET RID OF MANAGEMENT FROM FLOOR SUPS UP AND HIRE PEOPLE.WHO KNOW AND LOVE AND LIVE INSURANCE
What I like about the company
$17/he and becuase they need agents so bad they dont every say anything about ypur attendance...
