Sounds good but not so in reality.
Support from management
Executives say they will help you but only works if you're a big producer or good looking female. Small companies get no help or leads.
You're on your own.
Freedom to work independently
As long as you do as you're told & adjust to all the BS rules.
Only informed of companys good propaganda.
To some extent. If you're a big producer or good looking you will be treated better then others. Also, if you're part of the clique you get leads & perks.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Not to my knowledge. Only if you are a large commission producer.
Not offered in this company.
Overall compensation for your work
Every agent gets a different amount compensation. Big sales, larger commission split (70/30 or 60/40). Small sales, (50/50 or less).
Office / Work Environment
You get a cubicle or office depending on your total sales & commissions.
Tzell doesn't care about your family...just sales, commissions & money.
The owner is proud of Tzell. You work as a commissioned agent.
There is no job security unless you're in the clique. If you don't produce, you don't get help...you get the door.
Work is challenging since you are on your own to bring in sales.
Inclusive / Diverse
Suggestions for improvement
- No cliques. Help the ones who need help. Think more about people & less about how much you earn.
What I like about the company
Can work from home.
What I dislike about the company
Not everyone is treated equally. There are many levels on the totem pole. Tzell is all about money. If you don't make enough you get let go & if you make a lot they want you to make more. EXTREME CAPITALISTS.
