Suggestions for improvement
- It's a federal government agency...what more needs to be said. Needs to be rebuilt from bottom to top. Which will never happen.
What I like about the company
Occasional travel. Co-Workers. Opportunities to wrk with different agencies.
What I dislike about the company
Poor communication. Typical government environment - those at the top only looking out for themselves and their advancement. No loyalty toward administration staff. Low pay. No opportunities for advancement. Non-productive, lazy, worthless employees are retained to meet quotas.
