What I like about the company

Within my department the culture is amazing. Management is very supportive of personal things going on, life/family is expected to come first before work and it is great to know you have that support when things come up.

What I dislike about the company

The culture as a company needs to improve. It is so inconsistent. They need to take better care of frontline staff. There is a huge disconnect between leadership and patient-facing employees.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Make employees feel valued. Make them feel supported. Make them feel like they are wanted and needed. Help them achieve more knowledge and support them on growing their careers.

What I like about the company

I have met some amazing people that are coworkers. They have coached and guided me in my career.

What I dislike about the company

Management leaves a lot to be desired. When an employee comes to you and tells you their concerns, you shrug them off. Don't give them any feedback and leave them feeling unsupported. I am made to feel like I am just a number and am easily replaceable.

Suggestions for improvement

  • I would allow more flexibility, treat non-clinical staff differently and allow them to work from home more readily. Embrace the future of medicine, not just Western Medicine- embrace proactive wellness concepts from other modalities. It's so obvious you're just trying to make money treating symptoms and this is not the future of really caring for patients.

What I like about the company

Developed a unique skill set and learned a lot about one sector of the industry.

What I dislike about the company

I feel the organization is growing too quickly, with no consideration of what additional support will be needed due to such growth. Start to think more in terms of all aspects of the business instead of just $$. Many employees feel the company is just trying to expand as much as possible without forward thinking, other considerations.
