Support from management
Expectations set by previous management, though not attainable in our current format, are still being driven. Unattainable goals leave all level of employees feeling like failures.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make clear lines in management. Establish one person to be in charge of all aspects of improvement. Give us a workable improvement budget. Invest in lean. Lean does not happen on its own.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
SR. Management gives directives to utilize lean management systems. Then they refuse to improve key areas instead they bastardize lean to the point it is not even recognizable. Too often you have lean driven people being stymied by the "old way" management. Way too many silos in this corporation to get any real change in place.
