Gender Equality

The Alliance Health Project is dedicated to granting all genders mental health and HIV-related services.

Attitude towards older colleagues

Older colleagues have a natural sense of entitlement, but tend to belittle younger employees.

Workplace Safety

UCSF police are the best and always present at this location. We have 24 hour security as well who are all very efficient.

Inclusive/Diverse

The entire agency is dedicated to diversity and inclusion of all sexualities, genders, and races/ethnicities. The main clinic is very racially diverse. However, the administrative location is predominately White. There can be a bit of racial insensitivity and ageism at this location with employees that have been here for multiple decades.
