Overall great place to work. Coworkers collaborate, and you have the opportunity to directly help make lives better

  • More competitive pay and other benefits and perks (more in line with other Bay Area employers)

What I like about the company

Willingness from senior employees to teach. The culture over the past few years has improved, and become much more team-oriented. Departments work together to accomplish/implement new processes and improve upon old ones. Overall great people that work there-- people I consider close friends. Opportunities for community service.

What I dislike about the company

Each management level is fairly insulated. Takes time (and not always successful) to disseminate messages/values from the top level of the organization to the bottom.
