Suggestions for improvement
- The only thing I would change would be getting an occurrence or ""strike"" against you when working in the call center if you are sick and need to call off or use sick time. You can't plan illness, so I do not think that it's fair to penalize someone for beng sick.
What I like about the company
I have had great managers throughout my 2.5 year career at UGI - they have always been kind, accommodating, and understanding, without sacrificing productivity and the good of the company. I was promoted twice within 2 years, once after 6 months and againafter a little over a year, so accomplishments and hard work are recognized. There are lots of options and opportunities to move to different departments in the company, and they prefer to promote from within rather than bring in someone new who does not now much about the company.
