Suggestions for improvement
- The culture is driven by the commission only attitude and the fact that management also only gets what they eat ...so even management is stealing from the new people. I would change it to a salary plus commission plus a team work piece to promote growth of everyone.

The people are always looking to stab you in the back and management ignores and even supports this behavior. Culturally there is an environment of everyman for himself and how they can get over on the clients and the people they work with
