Support from Management
The culture is geared toward breaking down relationships rather than building teams. Everyone is expected to not outshine anyone else, yet give it your all. It's very confusing and lacks any concrete direction.
The goals that are set are sometimes unrealistic. If you can reach the goals, then your personal goals will continuously be raised until they can no longer be met. Management has no harmony. Every individual manager or supervisor will give a different order that will usually contradict the other.
You'll never see a fire extinguisher. They are there, just not in plain sight.
The majority of the people are very nice. Compensation is out of this world if you can stand everything else.
Family management is very hands on. Everything, and I mean everything, has to be approved by owner. Dress code is ridiculous for this century.
