Leaders are happy when the numbers are good; if not, then they manipulate the system and make folks work extra long. Rather than fixing operations they hire more and throw money at the problem
depends on how the numbers are. If you schedule a dr. appointment or come in late it is frowned upon. Working from home is not an option due to having to show face in the office to be efficient.
