The company cares about the quality of customer service/education provided to its students.
Suggestions for improvement
- I think that the company should not only offer PTO, but also offer Sick time separately so employees do not have to use all their PTO and then not have the chance for a vacation. I also believe that the medical benefits should provide more for the employees since even with the highest premium choice, the out-of-pocket cost is still a lot to pay. The 401(k) should also include matching rather than just 5%.
What I like about the company
The company participates in events to help raise money/awareness of illnesses as well as hold events yearly for all employees to mingle and enjoy each others' company.
What I dislike about the company
Human resources is constantly rotating employees and does not seem to always be aware of the company information. Also, the management whom make the decisions on who to promote do not make decisions based on knowledge and skills, but rather social ability.
