Is there a trial period to determine if new hires are meeting performance standards? If so how long? Do managers meet w/ new hires one-on-one during the first few months to address challenges and offer helpful solutions? Which department offers the greatest opportunity for growth within the company and does US promote from within? Is there a signing bonus or is equity part of a hiring benefits package? How frequently do layoffs occur? Thank you

Normal 90 day probation period. One on one meetings w/Managers begins at hire and on-going throughout your life at the company. All departments offer great growth opportunity and US does promote from within. Equity is part of the hiring package and I haven't experienced any layoff or heard of any since I started.

Hello! You can LinkedIn message a recruiter at Ultimate in order to get more exposure, but just make sure not to do that too much since it can get overwhelming for the recruiter. Also, you can email us your resume to techcareers@ultimatesoftware.com and someone will forward your email to the recruiter who is in charge of the job you applied for.
