I have never worked for a company that cares about their employees, they truly put people first.
What I like
I am a virtual Employee (work from home) which allows me flexibility. We have 100% employer paid health-dental, so I don't have to worry about paying for benefits for me and my family. We have an unheard of 45% UNCAPPED match on 401k, so if I put in $19,000 the company will match for $8,550. We are alotted UltiService Days, which allows us to volunteer on a paid work day. I am scheduled to volunteer with a group of my virtual Ultipeeps on Tuesday next week and I'm excited because the company organized the event so we can connect with others in our area.
What I dislike
We are going through growing pains, which is normal when you hire a lot of people very quickly. Career growth opportunities are at a record high, but it created competition among the team members. It's difficult for the managers to decide how many people to hire with the explosive workload, which impacts the team when we feel we need more people to manage workload but we may not feel like we hired "enough".
Suggestions for improvement
I am happy with the company, culture, environment, and people. I wouldn't change anything.
