I love working with the people on my team, and I feel like I am valued for the work I do.
Compensation, especially in stock, could be more equitable. I understand the rationale for higher executive salaries, but the fact remains that the company only runs because of every single employee there. While the hierarchy of the company is fairly fl
I would reduce workloads so that employees could work a 40 hour week. Lower executive salaries would subsidize higher headcount so that workload is better distributed.
I love the team I work on, and the company as a whole has a positive and welcoming culture
We're not saving lives, but I feel like for an office job this is as good as it gets
Could be better -- unlimited PTO is a big plus, but practical limitations of my work mean I'm not comfortable taking time off very often
There are a lot of growth opportunities, but they mostly involve moving into management
Can't really comment on this personally, but my understanding is that any necessary accommodations are made
I could probably make a higher salary somewhere else, but all in all, including intangible benefits, I feel I'm compensated fairly
We have a lot of interest groups aimed at inclusiveness and diversity
We have recycling containers in the office, but other than that I don't know what's being done to reduce carbon footprint
There are a number of comfortable offices around the country for those who don't work from home
Always looking for the best way to encourage collaboration
Age doesn't matter at all, whether you're 72 or 22
My boss is always glad to help me out of I need support in dealing with a situation
I work from home
Work is challenging but not usually taxing
Company has never laid off an employee
We receive adequate communications on what's happening with the company as a whole
Fairly equal distribution of men and women throughout the company at most levels, including executive
I work from home, and my manager trusts me to get my work done without looking over my shoulder every day
I am in my 60s, disabled and Ultimate makes me feel like I can still work there in 20 years. I am included, treated like a human being and valued for my work experience!
nothing!
More RSUs, bring back department trips such as Club
I love being able to work from home, and I work on a team of great people. My manager is never looking over my shoulder but always there when I need him.
There's very much a work hard play hard, hard drinking culture. While we are encouraged to take time off, the workload and expectations sometimes make work life balance difficult. There's a lot of room and support for professional growth, both laterally and upwards, but few roles have anywhere to go up that's not a management position. While the total compensation is very reasonable, salaries are a bit on the low side, and there is significant inequality in salaries between high level and low level employees (though granted, much less inequality than most companies). An example is the 401k matching, which has a much higher cap than most companies (50% of EE contributions, no limit), practically speaking it's less if the average employee who can't contribute much. For comparison, a theoretically worse match of 100% for first 3% and nothing after is only actually worse if most employees can contribute >6% of their salary. A flat match percentage benefits higher paid employees even more, when percentages already do that in terms of real dollars.
I think overall it's a great place to work, but work life balance in practice would make it even better. There's a lot of discussion, but the practicality of our jobs makes it very difficult to take advantage of the generous policies.

I am a virtual Employee (work from home) which allows me flexibility. We have 100% employer paid health-dental, so I don't have to worry about paying for benefits for me and my family. We have an unheard of 45% UNCAPPED match on 401k, so if I put in $19,000 the company will match for $8,550. We are alotted UltiService Days, which allows us to volunteer on a paid work day. I am scheduled to volunteer with a group of my virtual Ultipeeps on Tuesday next week and I'm excited because the company organized the event so we can connect with others in our area.
We are going through growing pains, which is normal when you hire a lot of people very quickly. Career growth opportunities are at a record high, but it created competition among the team members. It's difficult for the managers to decide how many people to hire with the explosive workload, which impacts the team when we feel we need more people to manage workload but we may not feel like we hired "enough".
I am happy with the company, culture, environment, and people. I wouldn't change anything.
My time here at this company has been generally great. My Colleagues are nice to be around, the work place environment is nice to be in, and the amount of financial perks I get just being here is an added plus. Although not everything is perfect, I really did enjoy working here.
Mentor communication was a big lacking factor. When I had to speak to a superior about anything, it was usually on pressed and limited time. Also, some Co-workers are allowed to continue to work there despite their hateful and all around negative attitude towards others, which I can understand but still disapprove of.
There are a lot of things I could say on improving the company, but ways to go about them could create more and bigger problems. Mostly more communication between workers and superiors. That's about it.
Was a great place to work 5 years ago, great co-workers.
Highly Political Environment, too many people hired by relatives or friends
The company would be much better off if they had a qualified CIO, instead of a CIO who is the CEO's son-in-law.
Touts itself as one of the best places to work but bribes the employees with extra days off if they answer favorable to surveys which results in a high rank for the company. Almost every "benefit" given to employees are used in Marketing campaigns to tout, happy employee = good product. Free health insurance is the best benefit.
IT personnel may work several times after work or on the weekends without comp time, years ago employees used to be compensated with time off for working weekends
If you work in Product development, there is room for advancement
If you work in Services, then transfer to Product Development to get a promotion
They somewhat encourage diversity and exploit this as another marketing point to gain a competitive edge in selling the product
Older employees are favored well in this environment, experience and skill are traded for every new fad technology that comes along which results in a technical environment without standards
Depends on the division, in Services division where work performance is secondary to "perception", employees have to make their annual goals with less training and equipment.
The company has regular management shakeups, at least once a year. Some employees (through no fault of their own) are given the standard "you have 21 days to find a new position within the company or you will be terminated"
The Best place to work in FL really care about the personal
Need more personal in some areas
I don’t remember improvements
Good pay. Employees treated very good, honest management. Company culture is amazing. Innovative work. Honestly this is one of the best places to work.
Nothing. I am very proud of the company
More recycling infraestructure
The culture, the people on my team and everyone else I've met, no micromanagement, ability to change roles and tasks to do things you're interested in, the benefits.
I'm happy but work life balance and compensation could improve. There is maybe some bureaucracy in some of the onboarding/training practices that seems limiting as well.
Maybe just hire more people, to lower the workload. This would increase customer satisfaction as we could give more white glove treatment, and it would help work life balance and stress.
It's great to work remotely but the workload is too heavy, which is stressful.
standardized review process makes it easy to discuss goals with your manager, and ensures you won't slip through the cracks.
I think most people are underpaid but the benefits help to make up for it partially.
This is one area I'd really like to see the company improve. They send too many cheap swag gifts that I have no use for and hate to throw away, I just donate them. I understand they're trying to raise morale and it's nice they think of us, but maybe they could ask if we want to opt in to these gifts. Also at work conferences there's too many single use plastic water bottles.
Our team is very helpful with one another. Most of the 'peeps' I've interacted with outside of the team are helpful as well.
I feel my manager is there to help me do my job and she has my back.
Virtual office. Could be better if hours were more flexible. Most of us are willing to put in the hours, but work life balance would improve if our schedules could be tweaked within reason.
The work is interesting, and my manager is open to letting me take on areas where I have interest in, which is amazing.
the company is growing and constantly expanding. customer requests keep rising.
I'm a female in a technical role and have not faced any adversity or bad attitudes. Just open minded folks ready to listen, learn and share.
Probably one of the most important things to me, I am not micromanaged in any way. I'm sure it varies by manager.
I enjoy the company culture, interaction, numerous benefits, and pride of working for an amazing company that offers opportunities for growth and leadership.
I do not dislike anything about the company.
My suggestions include bridging the gap between employees who work virtually and in office, as well as teammates who work in different time zones.
