Suggestions for improvement
- The follow-through is terrible they need a lot improvement.
What I like about the company
I was hired to be a team lead at a chat call center because the eliminated the department, they did not know my position was terminated. I called them in tears inquiring if there were other positions available, they told me to update my resume and forward to them which I did, I did not receive a response from them. I called about a month later to inquire if they have any positions available they told me to re-forward my resume and they would get back to me, I verify they received my resume and I have not heard from them. They were no help at all in a very difficult part of my life.
