Support from management
Regional VP's should actually assist their directors rather than throwing them to the wolves and telling them what they're doing wrong rather than helping them be right.
They do promote from within, I just feel like they should promote managers that have actual managerial experience instead of people who do well. They don't really have any measurement for management, if you do well and they like you they promote and it's what creates high turnover.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better work life balance, and better compensation for ALL employees. Put your employees first and you'd be very surprised in what they would be willing to do for you.
What I like about the company
They have a great model as for offering personal training.
What I dislike about the company
The company is to bottom line driven, and not in a good way. They do whatever they caneed to make money instead of taking care of their employees who will in turn take care of their clients. Offer better work life balance and compensation.
