They're all about making money.
Support from management
Managers are too busy playing their phones, or in the office
They let everyone play on their phones all day. Customer service is non existent.
Freedom to work independently
Gotta follow "umami" culture
Emails always being sent to wrong people, constantly calling wrong units.
Better have an open mind, otherwise you're a goner
Attitude towards older colleagues
All young people whose parents didn't teach them respect, or to respect people who have been in the industry for a long time
Trainers are not very good
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
If your a manager you spend most of the day there
If management knew how to make a schedule it would be great
Try to be hip and up to date
Don't make a mistake, doesn't matter how long you've been there
It's hard to keep old equipment going. Floors are always greasy.
It's only challenging because of the idiots who understaff.
Inclusive / Diverse
They tend to hire young idiots
Suggestions for improvement
- Have better company guidelines. More professional environment
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
The staffing, and management. The lack of quality training. The lack of communication. The constant back stabbing.
